Meet Our Intern: Wyle Lazarcheff
Rooted in strategy. Growing the next generation of leaders.
At Juniper Strategies, we believe in growing strong roots — not just for the businesses we serve, but for the future leaders shaping our communities. This year, we’re excited to introduce someone who embodies initiative, heart, and ambition.
Please join us in welcoming Wyle Lazarcheff as our Marketing Intern!
A Local Foundation, A Growing Vision
Wyle is a proud graduate of Yosemite High School, and he’s currently continuing his education at the University of Nevada Reno, where he is majoring in Marketing with plans to minor in Management.
From the very beginning, Wyle has shown a strong interest in understanding how businesses grow, how leaders communicate, and how strategy drives meaningful results — values that align seamlessly with the Juniper approach.
Leadership in Action
Wyle is actively involved in two incredible organizations that reflect both his professional drive and his heart for service:
📈 DECA
DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in finance, management, marketing, and other business-focused fields. Through this organization, Wyle continues to sharpen his strategic thinking, presentation skills, and business acumen.
❤️ Kesem
Wyle is also involved in Kesem, an organization that provides free summer camps and ongoing support for children facing a parent’s cancer. Kesem creates safe spaces where kids can share experiences, build friendships, and simply enjoy being kids.
At Juniper, we believe marketing is about people first—and Wyle’s involvement with Kesem reflects the kind of character and empathy that great leaders embody.
Beyond the Classroom
When he’s not studying strategy or supporting community initiatives, you’ll likely find Wyle:
🥁 Playing drums or bass guitar
🚙 Taking his truck off-roading
🏕️ Camping and exploring the outdoors
There’s something fitting about a marketing student who feels most at home in wide open spaces. After all, growth — like the Sierra landscape — requires resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to explore.
Looking Ahead
This summer, Wyle will also be studying abroad in London — an exciting opportunity to expand his global perspective and deepen his understanding of marketing beyond borders.
Experiences like this shape not just careers, but confidence.
Why Internships Matter at Juniper Strategies
We believe in mentorship.
We believe in hands-on strategy.
We believe in preparing the next generation of business leaders.
Wyle will support content planning, campaign development, analytics tracking, and brand positioning initiatives — learning how marketing works not just as content but as a strategic growth engine.
We’re thrilled to have him on the team this season.
Welcome to Juniper, Wyle 🌿
Rooted in strategy. Growing what lasts.
